  I'm not a gamer but my niece is so I decided to stop by on my way to the PCC and for a place that doesn't seem to have many employees this gamestop goes above and beyond in their customer service. I didn't end up actually purchasing anything this time but they answered all my questions and spent a lot of time helping me figure out what I was doing. I had an immensely positive experience and will be coming back. (Also for most of the things that people complained about in the other reviews I noticed that they were not specific to this location and rather a universal to the company from what I've been told.

  The woman at the cash register was super nice! Great customer service here, however every time I've been in I have had to wait a long time to check out. They're always understaffed, never seen more than one person working at the registers.
