This is by far the worst Lowes I have ever experienced. We purchased blinds here for a new house as we've done before in another city and I have regretted it every step of this process. The customer service is rude, you can never get a hold of anyone at the store, and they frankly don't care at all about their customers. They only have 1 person in the entire store that can order blinds for you, so you're at the mercy of their schedule and have to book an appointment with them. This is problem number one. The second issue is that when you call the store to check on your order, or to schedule the above mentioned appointment, no one will pick up the phone. The phone system then goes to another department in the store, where they tell you they can't help you because you are in the wrong department. They then proceed to try to connect you to the correct department, which they can never do, and then they basically tell you to call back. This clown show goes on call after call. There is also inconsistency between what one person in the store tells you and another. For example, when I finally got to order the blinds, the store called me to let me know that they would be delivered at some point, but there was no way to check on the status of the order. I would have to call the store back around a certain date (as they wouldn't call me), and ask about the blinds. I could then schedule an install once they had been shipped. Well, I called the store as instructed and went through the phone fiasco again and then they told me that I couldn't schedule an appointment until the blinds were at my house, even though they showed they had been shipped and could give me a delivery date. How does this make any sense? Avoid this store at all costs if you can. There are a number of Home Depot stores in the area and I truly wish I had gone there instead. I will never visit this store again.
