- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 06, 2019, by peggi skjelsetWorst service ever. We are guilt have a gas fireplace installed in an existing wall and aware we will need to rebuild the wall. We also plan on adding a wood stove I the basement. The salesman ignored us (we were the only ones there) until we went back to his desk. When we told what we were thinking about doing he said it couldn’t be done. He was so rude. I checked with the gas company and it can be done as a remodel. It was obvious he did not want to help us.
